Salon Policies & Client Guidelines

To ensure a safe, smooth, and professional experience for every client, please read the following guidelines carefully.

Before your appointment

Deposit & Payment:

  • A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Your spot is not secured until the deposit is received.

  • Remaining balance is due at the appointment.

  • Accepted Deposit Payment Methods:
    Credit/Debit card, Zelle, and cash.

    Visa & Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

Lateness Policy:

  • If you are more than 30 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be added, and your appointment may be canceled.

  • Please communicate via Call or text if you’re running behind.

Feeling Unwell:

  • If you’re experiencing any cold, flu, or COVID-like symptoms, kindly reschedule. If rescheduling isn't possible and you must attend, please wear a mask for safety.

  • The health and safety of all clients and stylists comes first — thank you for your consideration!

Emergency Appointments & After-Hours:

  • No walk-ins allowed.

  • Emergency or last-minute appointments (within 24 hours) must be confirmed directly and will include a $10 rush fee.

Bathroom Use:

  • Please use the restroom before arriving.

  • The studio bathroom (located in the family room) is available upon request and is sanitized regularly.

Guests:

  • Each client is allowed one guest only, and the salon must be notified in advance if a guest will be attending. To ensure a safe, focused, and timely appointment, guests must remain respectful of the space, as any distractions may affect the quality and timing of the service.

Clean Hair/Face:

  • Please arrive with:

    Clean, dry hair (unless otherwise advised).

    Clean, makeup-free skin for makeup services.

Travel Appointments:

  • I do travel throughout Long Island, NYC, and other locations.

  • If you don’t see a travel add-on option at booking, feel free to DM or text me directly (631)-282-8093.

Studio Entrance:

  • Use the garage side entrance on the right. Open the fenced gate and proceed to the left-side door.

  • Please walk carefully when coming down the stairs.

Free Parking:

  • Please park by the mailbox. Do not park in the driveway.

During your appointment

Sanitation & Safety:

  • All tools, products, and surfaces are disinfected before and after each client.

  • I wear a mask upon request and follow hygienic practices throughout.

Comfort & Communication:

  • Let me know if you have any allergies, sensitivities, or product preferences in advance.

  • You are welcome to ask questions or share inspiration photos to ensure we align on your beauty goals.

Food & Drinks:
You’re welcome to bring water or a drink with a lid to your session.

Amenities:

  • Personalized consultation before each service

  • Free WiFi

  • Phone charger available

  • Netflix for entertainment

  • Refreshments & snacks

  • Air conditioning & heater for your comfort

  • Music playlist recommendations

  • Relaxing aromatherapy or scented candles

After your appointment

Touch-Ups & Aftercare:

  • I’ll provide aftercare instructions for your service — whether it’s for hair color, a makeup look, or treatment results.

Feedback & Photos:

  • If comfortable, I may ask to take a photo of your final look for portfolio/social purposes. Your comfort and consent always come first.

Rebooking:

  • You’re welcome to rebook on-site or online. Notifying weeks in advance is recommended.
